The 2025 Chevy Silverado EV brings efficiency, mega range, and instant torque to a truck that has all the same capabilities, and then some, as the renowned Silverado 1500. This is an electric truck for the modern world, and we’re stoked about what it can do. Let’s dive into some of its innovative features.

2025 Chevy Silverado EV Top Features

1. Extended All-Electric Range2025 Chevy Silverado EV | Vancouver, WA

The Silverado EV has introduced a new 24-module Max Range battery for the 2025 model year that offers range beyond what you’d think is possible for a half-ton truck. The new battery is available in Work Truck (WT) and RST trims. In WT models, drivers can travel up to 492 miles on a single charge, while RST models can achieve about 460.

2. Dual-Motor 4WD

The Silverado EV is powered by a dual-motor electric drivetrain, with power sent to all four wheels for maximum traction. In WT models, the dual motors produce 510 hp and 615 lb-ft of torque, while RST models can achieve 760 hp and 785 lb-ft of torque in Wide Open Watts mode.

3. Four-Wheel Steering

Chevy has mastered the art of maneuverability in its trucks, with available Four-Wheel Steer. This enables the rear wheels to turn in conjunction with the front wheels, improving low-speed handling and making feats such as parallel parking much easier.

4. Adaptive Air Suspension

The RST trim is available with an Adaptive Air Suspension. With this feature, the suspension automatically raises or lowers by up to two inches based on inputs such as speed, load, and drive mode.

5. Multi-Flex Tailgate

The standard Mutli-Flex Tailgate offers six functional positions, including a traditional gate, a load stop, a step for bed access, and a work surface. The RST trim also includes a Multi-Flex Midgate that allows drivers to extend the cargo floor to up to 10 feet 10 inches with the midgate up, glass partition removed, and rear seats folded.

6. On-Board Power Base

The Silverado EV has a built-in power system that provides up to 10.2 kW of power through up to 10 outlets. This system can be used to run power tools, lights, speakers, and just about anything you can think of. You can even generate power for your home during an outage.

7. Fast-Charging Battery

Thanks to an 800-volt architecture, the Silverado EV’s battery charges quickly and efficiently. Up to 100 miles of range can be added in just 10 minutes using a 350 kW DC fast charger.

8. Large Touchscreens

The Silverado has one of the biggest touchscreens available in the pickup, with a standard 17.7-inch display in LT and RST trims. It offers built-in Google, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a 5G Wi-Fi hotspot.

The Silverado EV has the kind of power, speed, range, and tech that most drivers can only dream of. Get your electric truck journey started at Alan Webb Chevrolet in Vancouver, WA.
