When I first initially arrived I was greeted with smiles even if I had to wait a moment since there was only one person working in services at the time. Jessica came out seeming to have come back from her lunch and helped me start my service for an oil change. After giving her my keys, me and my family have begun waiting in the lobby by parts. I was given a Link via text message to keep on the progress of my service. While monitoring that progress I had noticed that the service went through all the steps from the initial arrival to completion rather quickly. I gave it a moment refresh the page to make sure it was the case and it seems so. By the time I have walked from the parts lobby back to the service desk the progress bar had reset back to arrival. So me and my family waited longer. After about 40 minutes I went back since it seemed to be on the finishing touches progress, and was instructed that I would have to wait just a couple of more minutes. After another 40 minutes I went back to the desk and this time, Jessica at the desk seemed annoyed somehow distraught or disgusted to see my presence once more. She spoke about me to other employees and other customers as if at that moment I was no longer important that I was being impatient. After helping two younger gentlemen in line before me I was very quickly handed paperwork told where to sign and given some sort of dismissive smile and goodbye as if she was finally done with me. I'm not sure where our interaction went wrong. I was under the belief that I was very polite and very patient throughout the entire process but somewhere in the interaction I was given the impression that she was no longer willing to deal with me or my service on the vehicle. Or as if somehow annoyed to do so. Finally I was instructed but my truck was in the back. Only to walk around the entire part of the back parking lot and the side of the building using the clicker to get my truck to honk. After no success I went back inside then Jessica once more took a deep sigh got up quickly went out the side door and pointed to the front of the building and said "back there". A mere 15 ft away. To think all I needed was an oil change. Not rudeness or dismissiveness. In the future I may consider paying a mechanic to do my oil change and service rather than return to Allen Webb Chevrolet. Even with me having the "lube for life" package. I would pay for better service.

My wife and I had been looking for the right '25 Tahoe RST for a while. We saw that Alan Webb had the one we wanted and that it was in transit. I called and Josh helped us through the whole process. His communication was great, and actually was able to schedule us the next day to purchase the vehicle. He made sure it was detailed with a full tank while we were there. He offered us information about options and upgrades but wasn't pushy or deceptive. Sam then helped us with the finance portion of the transaction which turned out to be another good experience. We were using a GM Suppler Discount code and we were worried they'd try to give us a hard time about it, but after Sam verified a few things, it was a done deal. No laborious back and forth or haggling needed. Sam was also able to get us the lowest interest rate at Capital One since that's who we bank with. He also discussed options and warranties but wasn't pushy about it. We also got the ceramic coating and scotchgard (not exactly sure what it's called) at the dealership since the purchase and it's been great. The Tahoe has been a beast and will serve as a perfect family-hauler for years to come. We worked with some other dealerships and they weren't as welcoming as we'd hoped. Thanks again to Josh and Sam.

I've really struggled with both my vehicle and with getting timely service. I bought a 2022 Tahoe that I paid full price for that was missing 7 chips due to the shortage at the time. We were told all chips should be available within 6 months. I just got the final chip/retrofit for the front parking sensors in December of 2024, 3 months ago. And, I've had my car in several times to have the chip installed only to have it not working when I pick up the vehicle. I have yet to take my car to Alan Webb for service where I didn't have to return the vehicle b/c it wasn't actually fixed or working properly. I had such an experience just last week again. I took my car in for a "clunk" noise and while they did diagnose what that clunk was they also noted that there was an oil leak and that it was a seal damaged and leaking oil under pressure in the front of the motor. I was told this was a big job but covered under my warrenty. I did think it was odd b/c I didn't have an oil leak that I was aware of, there's no oil in my garage where I park. I had them do the repair only to get the paper work and notice that it says "customer complaint of oil leak". Which I did not do, I was bringing the vehicle in for something completely different. After having my car from Wednesday to the following Tuesday, I picked it up to drive home only to now have the check engine light come on as I drove home, so I get to take the car back, again. I am frustraited with the vehicle and the services. I love my Tahoe but I am not sure I'd want to get another vehicle that I'd need serviced at Alan Webb as it has not been a good experience the last couple years.

Communication was not very clear about the fact that the car was not going to be done the same day. I was notified of that fact after 4pm when the brake tech went home. I was advised that another car took longer than expected and that’s why my car was not done after being there for close to 6 hours. It was brought in for an oil change and tire rotation with brake inspection. I was also going to be charged for the above and beyond inspection of the brakes even though that was not cleared with me prior to the work being completed. It was taken off at the end when I raised the Vincent but it should not have happened to begin with.

John Anderson was the salesman. I told him what i wanted and he showed me what was on lot. John was very nice we kept in touch, till i was ready to buy. When i went in to buy my Chevy Trex. My son had joined me. I went to buy went to the financial man not sure if i wanted to buy out right or payments when i saw 6.99% i said cash i can't remember his name but his dog was Leo. He wasn't happy i was paying cash. As i know he does not make much on cash deals. his attitude changed and wasn't very nice. I almost got up and left he says than you can finance the extended warranty I said I said no finance. I wanted the car but I could have gone to Portland. Provided all information on what the truck was doing, made a early morning appointment on a Thursday. Truck wasn't looked at until late afternoon. I authorized repairs Thursday night, told parts three day out. Called Tuesday midday and was told parts would be in on Thursday, truck would be done on Friday. Friday still no parts. called on Tuesday (Week 2) and was told parts would be in on Thursday. Got text Wednesday late afternoon truck was done but didn't have enough time to get there before they closed. How in the hell can the parts not be tracked in this day and age ? and know a accurate delivery day ? Why wasn't I notified parts were in on Wednesday so i could plan to pick it up? it wasn't a quick fix so there was plenty of time to let me know. If I need any other work it won't be at Allan Web Chevrolet which is where i bought it, and my daughters vehicle.

I’m still waiting for follow-up after my last appointment for new tires. The tires I ordered were not in and I had to wait six hours for that phone call. The tires were mounted and installed, but a TPMS had failed and the alignment couldn’t be completed. I thought all TPMS sensors were replaced with new tires. You charge too much for mounting if they’re not. I was told alignments could only be done when the equipment was available, but you website gives available times. Let me know when you can do the work in a two-hour window. No more drop-off for the day

So far I have gotten great service here. Megan Murphy is my service advisor. She always takes takes care to make sure all my needs are met and my questions are answered, even though I'm "that guy" who is super protective of my Silverado. She returns all my calls right away and is always very pleasant to deal with. Recently my truck attempted an "over the air" update, which failed and then disabled my truck. I had it towed in late on a Sunday night and left my keys in the drop box. I received a call from Megan first thing Monday morning and she was able to get my truck repaired that day. She even had the recall work on the 6.2 completed, even though that was scheduled for another day. A+ for her! "Over the air" updates should not be allowed. I was left stranded when I really needed my truck because of a software update. That is simply ridiculous. The truck was functioning just fine. Chevrolet needs to rethink that whole operation. At the very least, It should have started the engine and let me limp it home. It's a disservice to your customers and your employees that have to deal with that.

Maintenance did not start until later around 4pm, despite of my 8am drop off, with zero communication of progress. It is still questionable of the quality of service, when all the service completed was just in 1 hour. I paid for more labor time! The female that processed the paperwork was very unorganized and unsure of the fee schedule and contradicted what my vehicle needed from what was originally scheduled 1 week prior to the appointment. No assessment paperwork was given, including tire assessment. I have little trust in the maintenance completed

I took the car in for a service soon light relating to the high voltage battery in my EV. Unfortunately my warranty for the battery did not did not cover the diagnostic because it was an issue with the a/c. However, the fee for recharging the a/c for testing where the leak is was only $230, which is half of what my other repair shop quoted me for the same diagnostic for just the a/c.

so i came in to get an oil change in my Duramax truck 2021 3.0. i knew better to walk into the showroom i freaken new better. saw that new 2025 Duramax 3.0 6 inch lift 35s on tires oh she was a beauty did a quick video to the wife was expecting you come home with that your sleeping in it. well she said if you can get payments the same go for it she loved it too. so its ours now. best part was bought on a Thursday left for San Deigo on Sunday nothing better driving a new truck on a long trip. oh feel sorry for the guy that didn't show up on Friday to put that ceramic coating on it . he has 2400 miles of bugs on it to clean off this Friday. lmao karma baby karma for not showing up. chevy is the best

Experience was top of the line. Someone was available to get the service process started without waiting. I was told the service would take an hour and it did. The service advisor was kind and helpful, my only complaint was having a vehicle fully under warranty and being required to pay $230 for a diagnostic check to determine what i already knew that my battery needs replaced. Its also lost on me that the diagnostic fee cant be applied to fixing the issue.

The issue with my battery was not fixed, nor did the service staff explain anything about the issue when the car was picked up. They "reset" my car which did nothing. The battery continues to have issues charging properly. So it will need to be addressed again when the car goes back for service.
